This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, as the rooms are cleaned daily and kept in top condition. The staff is very friendly and provides helpful information about the local area and tourist attractions. The basic amenities, such as the small fridge and TV in each room, are practical and well-maintained. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay is a convenient start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was well and exceeded expectations.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
I do not know where they get their 3 star rating, there are no facilities for tea or coffee in the room, the breakfast was very poor with no choice for cereal ( only cornflakes ) no fresh bread and proceesed cheese. Most continetal breakfasts have a choice of meats and cheeses with fresh bread and pastries. There are no facilities for other meals to me that is not a hotel but bed and breakfast and if I had wanted that I could have booked it much cheaper, I booked a three star hotel and got one star facilities.

Breakfast was not worth the money - packs of dry biscuits instead of bread plus awful coffee from a vending machine.

The staff was professional, polite, and helpful. The WiFi was very good. Great location near public transportation. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast with a beautiful rooftop view. Good air conditioning.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is a good value for budget travellers. It is located straight at Termini Station, within easy walking distance. Although the neighborhood is away from the tourist areas, it is safe and has a lovely view from the terrace where breakfast is served. Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean, with some having large balconies. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is free Wi-Fi.

Loved the cozy rooms with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. the breakfast was a real surprise, there were buns, croissants, coffee machine, and a real espresso that was delicious. the location was ideal, close to the train station and there was a tram stop right outside.

Friendly stuff , especially signora Elena
Not far from the city center, but not comfortable connection. Probably Not the best part of the city. Feeling not too much secure Coming back in the evening. Very small room ( I was not sure if it was really superior single, bcs it was max 8m, incredible small bathroom. Poor breakfast.

The hotel was confortable and clean and the staff were very nice and very helpful and friendly. It was also very useful to have a free internet point for the guests. The place was quiet and safe and within reach to the centre of Rome, with good transports just next the hotel. The price was quite fair. I have already recommended it to friends. Hope to stay there if I am going to be back in Rome

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city. It's in the hip village-like Pigneto neighborhood, which adds to its charm. The staff here are really helpful and provide great recommendations for places to see and where to eat. The basic amenities are well-maintained, including the clean rooms with comfortable beds, and the hot water boiler in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast served on the rooftop offers a beautiful view.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The view from the hotel was great, and we had a good view of the Rome environs.
Initially staff were abrupt about our concerns about room size but later we were upgraded to a larger room and staff were most helpful. Parking was always a problem as there is no parking provided by the hotel, but in the suburban location this was understandable.
